It's easy to use: the G2 has the same three-button control system, the same incredibly intuitive menu structure, and the same user-friendly features that have earned Galileo a reputation as the easiest computer to use by far. Designed to go anywhere: open water, freediving, CCR, or sidemount, the G2 is ready to go wherever your passion for diving takes you.
- The 5.6 cm (2.2 in) dot-matrix color TFT (Thin-Film Transistor) LCD display (320 x 240 pixels) features vivid colors for maximum readability and to quickly draw attention to the most important information. TFT displays are energy-efficient. They are more efficient than other types of displays and extend battery life.
- The wide choice of display configurations allows you to customize the data presentation to suit your individual diving style thanks to the Light, Classic, Full and Graphical display modes.
- The ZHL-16 ADT MB predictive Multi-Gas algorithm programs up to 8 nitrox/trimix mixes to handle any recreational or technical diving scenario.
- The optional integrated heart rate monitor measures heart rate and skin temperature and integrates the data into the training load calculation. The integrated heart rate monitor is a SCUBAPRO exclusive.
- The optional heart rate monitor also allows you to visually monitor your heart rate in real time to ensure you stay in your target zone, maximizing your enjoyment and safety at depth.
- The optional hoseless air monitor monitors tank pressure and Remaining Bottom Time (RBT), allowing you to factor air consumption into your decompression calculations. It supports up to 11 transmitters when all features are enabled.
